Yes you can buy it - Man圜am ($29/y or $60 life), Xsplit Vcam ($6/m, $24/y, $50 life) but this would be most likely a one-time thing and I don't need the additional functionality. Man圜am and Xsplit Vcam both do what I need - sadly both have a huge watermark.(Either same for both Mac and PC, or one per OS).
