The story is okay and the characters are fine, but the chef is one of my favorite villains in videogame history. The controls are a bit messed up but they were messed up on purpose to make it a bit more challenging. But Octodad was the perfect game for me to replay. Games like super mario odyssey are really good but I wouldn't want to replay that again because of how long it was. Personally I don't really like replaying games because I have already finished the story, but this was the only game I replayed because I thought I could get a perfect speedrun score on it and also because I wanted to replay it.
